  1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or accessing "Unwritten Social Rules" course, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, don't purchase or use the course.

You must be 18 or older to purchase.

  1. What You're Buying

Access to digital course content including text lessons, exercises, and any supplementary materials. Course content may be updated or improved over time. Updates will maintain or enhance the value of your purchase. We will not remove substantial sections or fundamentally change the course you purchased.

This is educational content only. Not therapy, medical advice, psychological treatment, or professional counselling. See Section 5 for details.

  1. Your License (What You Can Do)

You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to:

  • Access and view the course content
  • Complete exercises for your personal development
  • Take notes in your private notebook

License is for your personal use only. You may not share your account access.

  1. Restrictions (What You Cannot Do)

You may NOT:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute course content to third parties (including screenshots, PDFs, or transcriptions)
  • Share your login credentials with others
  • Resell, license, or commercially exploit the content
  • Create derivative works or courses for commercial purposes based on our content
  • Post course content on social media, forums, or other public platforms
  • Use content for commercial training or consulting purposes
  1. Educational Content Disclaimer

This course is NOT:

  • Therapy or mental health treatment
  • Medical, psychological, or professional advice
  • A substitute for professional help
  • Guaranteed to produce specific results

This course IS:

  • Educational content based on personal research and experience
  • General information about social skills and behaviour
  • Designed to help you develop your own insights

Your results will vary based on your situation, effort, and how you apply the methods.

  1. Intellectual Property

All course content is owned by Mane Mentis Ltd and protected by UK and international copyright law.

All course names, titles, and branding are proprietary to Mane Mentis Ltd and protected by UK copyright law.

Violation of copyright may result in:

  • Immediate account termination without refund
  • Legal action for damages
  1. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access if you:

  • Violate these Terms & Conditions
  • Share or distribute course content
  • Engage in abusive behaviour toward staff or other customers

We will notify you by email before terminating access, except in cases of serious violation (content theft, abusive behaviour toward staff or other customers). You may appeal termination decisions by contacting us within 14 days.

Termination for cause = no refund. Standard refund policy applies to voluntary cancellations.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law:

Mane Mentis Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the course, including but not limited to:

  • Lost opportunities or income
  • Relationship outcomes
  • Emotional distress
  • Decisions made based on course content

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course. This limit does not affect your rights under Section 9 for defective digital content.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law
  1. Platform Availability

We provide the course through third-party platform Kajabi. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous access:

  • We are not liable for platform downtime beyond our control
  • Extended platform failure (30+ consecutive days) entitles you to pro-rata refund for lost access
  • If we change platforms, we will migrate your access at no additional cost

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these Terms.

We comply with UK GDPR and are registered with the ICO (Registration: ZC026746).

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Material changes will be notified via email and course platform notice at least 14 days before taking effect, except where changes are required by law or to address security issues, in which case they take effect immediately upon notification.

If you don't accept the changes: You may request a pro-rata refund for any remaining course access. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.

  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by English law.

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mane Mentis Ltd regarding the course. These Terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
